Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê (/ɘˈojɘ/ /ˈfɘgo/ [suspicious] [paint]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Nëpimtrêsë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê was founded by Snog̈d Èbreshê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê receives an average of 231 cm/y (90 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 4702 m (15426 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê was founded durring the early 10th century, by Snog̈d Èbreshê. The establishment of Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê's construction back out of the project. Snog̈d Èbreshê pushed on reguardles, and Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of broad carved bedrock streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê's millitarily questionable fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

Civic Infrastructure

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

Life is hard in Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê a notably resourceful and hearty people.

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê.

The Hamster, Giant near Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Êoyê-fêgo Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves bloodletting to channel Abjuration energies of tier 2 via throat chanting.
